Welcome to Mente Holistika at the Lake
We invite you to discover a unique space dedicated to inner well-being and a deep connection with yourself. In our studio, located in a serene lakeside setting on the silver coast in Thalwil we focus on practices that nourish the body, mind, and spirit.
Please note that the parking area in front of the studio is reserved for residents. We kindly ask you to use available parking in the vicinity. Thanks for your understanding
Important Notice: Our holistic studio is not a drop-in space. Please note that we do not have a reception area, so entry is by appointment only. We invite you to schedule your visit in advance to ensure you receive the proper attention.
